Normal CornBelters Rained out on July 8

Normal CornBelters News Release
NORMAL, Ill. - The Normal CornBelters, presented by Illinois Corn Farmers, announced their game on July 8th against the Schaumburg Boomers has been rained out.
The game is scheduled to be made up as part of a doubleheader on Thursday July 9th at the Corn Crib. The first game is scheduled to begin at 6:35 p.m. The second contest will begin 30 minutes after the conclusion of the opener. The CornBelters are scheduled to start left-hander Stephen Frey (1-1, 3.35 ERA) while the Boomers plan to start right-hander Brett Mabry (1-1, 9.00) in the opener.
Both games can be heard on WEZC-FM 95.9 and WJBC.com with a link also on www.normalbaseball.com, Facebook and Twitter (@normal_baseball). Broadcast time is 6:20 p.m.
