Norfolk Recalls Scott Balan

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The Norfolk Admirals announced today that the club has recalled defenseman Scott Balan from the Roanoke Express, their East Coast Hockey League affiliate. Balan recorded two points (two assists), 10 penalty minutes and a plus-3 rating in seven games for Roanoke. He previously appeared in four contests for Norfolk, registering no points, 17 penalty minutes and an even rating.

The Admirals face off in Cleveland against the Barons (San Jose Sharks) tonight at 7:00 p.m. On Wednesday, November 27, the Blue and Gold travel to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton for a match up with the Penguins (Pittsburgh Penguins) at 7:05 p.m. The team returns home for a pair of contests against the Houston Aeros (Minnesota Wild) on Friday, November 29 and Saturday, November 30 at 7:30 p.m.
