
Nolley Notches Triple-Double in Birmingham's 141-105 Win at Westchester

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Landers Nolley II scored 13 points and recorded 12 assists and 11 rebounds off the bench as the Birmingham Squadron, NBA G League affiliate of the New Orleans Pelicans, bested the Westchester Knicks, 141-105, Thursday night.
The Squadron (8-10) never trailed in the contest and were led by guard Jalen Crutcher's 25 points. Assignment players Malcolm Hill, the G League's second-leading scorer, and E.J. Liddell scored 24 and 17, respectively.
On the night, Birmingham had six players score in double figures. The Squadron shot 54.3% (50-of-92) from the field and 46.2% (18-of-39) from three. The 141 points marks the team's second-highest offensive output of the season, as well as the second-most in franchise history.
Westchester (5-13) was paced in the scoring column by 26 points from Obadiah Noel and 21 from Kaiden Rice.
Birmingham and the Knicks are set for tomorrow's 6 p.m. rematch at Westchester County Center and the game can be seen locally on My68 or nationally on NBAGLeague.com.
