Justin Nicolino (W, 7-2) dazzled the 6,425 fans in attendance as he tossed a complete game shutout, allowing just five hits while striking out four Barons and not issuing a single walk in his strongest outing to date. The complete game shutout is the first of his professional career, which began in 2011. The left-hander has now won five of his last six starts overall.

After facing the minimum nine batters through the first three innings, Myles Jaye (L, 0-7) came undone in the fourth and sixth innings in particular, allowing six runs (all earned) on eight hits in 5.2 innings overall en route to the loss on Saturday night.

After being scoreless through the first three and a half innings, the Suns broke the tie with a pair of runs in the bottom of the fourth. The Suns used a RBI grounder from Brady Shoemaker and an Austin Barnes sacrifice fly to take a 2-0 lead over the Barons after four innings of play.

The Suns broke the game open as they added to their lead with four runs in the bottom of the sixth inning. The Suns received RBI singles from Austin Nola and Danny Black while adding additional runs on a sacrifice fly from Rich Poythress and a ball put in play by Alfredo Silverio to make it a 6-0 Suns lead, capping off Saturday night's scoring in the process.

Justin Nicolino's complete game is the longest outing worked by a Sun in 2014 and is the first complete game shutout thrown by a Sun since Bryan Evans went the distance in a complete game two-hit shutout of the Montgomery Biscuits, a game the Suns would win 3-0 on August 24, 2013.

Austin Nola led the way offensively for the Suns with three hits, as five different Suns drove in a run in Saturday night's winning effort.

The Suns and Barons will be back at it on Sunday, with first pitch scheduled for 3:05 p.m. ET. The Suns will send out right-hander Jose Urena (6-4, 4.07) while the Barons will counter with left-hander Scott Snodgress (3-6, 4.64).

Suns fans can listen to Sunday's game on the Suns Baseball Network, 94.1 WSOS-FM or through www.jaxsuns.com, MiLB.com or the Suns iPhone or Android app, beginning at 2:35 p.m. ET with the Memorial Hospital Suns Pregame Show.
