NFL player to be celebrity judge at Shooting Starz competition
October 26, 2006 - American Basketball Association (ABA)
San Diego Wildcats News Release
Miami, FL. Starz in Motion announced today that four year veteran San Diego Charger, Kassim Osgood, will serve as the celebrity judge in the open audition for nationwide talent Search, SHOOTING STARZ, this Friday, October 27 at Chula Vista Mall in conjunction with the ABA San Diego Wildcats.
Kassim, special teams captain of the Chargers, contributes to the San Diego community often with community service and volunteer work. In addition to his love of football, he has a passion for basketball and will undoubtedly be a big fan of the Wild Cats in the upcoming inaugural season. Joining Kassim in judging the auditions will be San Diego Wild Cat's Dance Team captain, Erica Hooper.
"As both judges are "performers" in their own fields, their unique insight will be valuable in the selection of talent that will represent San Diego in the competition," stated Angela Rizzi, executive director of Starz in Motion.
