
New Orleans Pelicans Recall Jordan Hawkins from Birmingham Squadron

NEW ORLEANS - The New Orleans Pelicans announced today that the team has recalled guard Jordan Hawkins from the Birmingham Squadron, the team's NBA G League affiliate.
In his lone appearance with the Squadron, Hawkins tallied 32 points, seven rebounds, two assists and one block in 37 minutes against the Indiana Mad Ants.
Hawkins, 6-5, 192, who was selected by New Orleans with the 14th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft out of The University of Connecticut, has appeared in 27 games (nine starts) for the Pelicans this season, averaging 10.7 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 23.9 minutes per contest.
