
New England Signs Defender Ben Reveno to MLS NEXT Pro Roster

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - New England Revolution II has signed defender Ben Reveno to an MLS NEXT Pro professional contract, pending league and federation approval.
Reveno, 23, was drafted 52nd overall by New England in the 2022 MLS SuperDraft. The defender played five seasons of collegiate soccer, including two at UC Irvine and three at UCLA. Reveno made 49 appearances for the Bruins, including 47 starts, with one goal and six assists. As a redshirt senior in 2021, he logged a career-high 1,570 minutes between central defense and outside back. A native of San Jose, Calif., Reveno helped UCLA earn an NCAA Tournament bid and was recognized with a selection to the United Soccer Coaches Far West All-Region Second Team.
With the addition of Reveno, the Revolution II roster stands at 15 players entering the inaugural MLS NEXT Pro season in 2022.
