Springdale, AR - The Northwest Arkansas Naturals' Thursday night game against the Springfield Cardinals has been postponed due to inclement weather and severe thunderstorms in the area.
The game has been rescheduled as part of a twi-night, same admission doubleheader to be held tomorrow evening, August 28th. The teams will play two seven-inning contests beginning at 4:05 P.M. Gates will open at 3:30 P.M, and the scheduled Faith Night concert featuring The Wedding will occur between the two games at approximately 6 P.M. The second game of the double-header will begin at 7:30 P.M. Any ticket for Friday night's game will be good for both games.
All tickets from Thursday night are eligible, per the Naturals' rain check policy, to be exchanged for an equal-value ticket, based on availability, to any of the Naturals' remaining home games during this homestand or an equal value ticket to a Naturals home game in April 2010.
The Northwest Arkansas Naturals are the Double-A Texas League affiliate of the Kansas City Royals and play at state-of-the-art Arvest Ballpark, located in Springdale.
