Thursday's game between the Springfield Cardinals and the Northwest Arkansas Naturals was officially postponed on Thursday night, after continuous rain storms and the threat of lightning in the Springdale community. The game will be made up as part of a double-header on Friday afternoon at Arvest Ballpark.
Friday's double-header will begin at 4:05pm and can be heard live on KBFL 1060 AM. Game two of the double-header will begin approximately one full-hour after the completion of game one and can be heard live on JOCK 98.7 FM. Don't forget that the Cardinals return from this current road trip on Tuesday, September 1st, as they open the final regular season home stand of the 2009 season.
