Nailers Exhibition Contest Slated for Southpointe

Wheeling Nailers News Release
The Wheeling Nailers will host the Dayton Bombers at IceOplex Arena at Southpointe in Canonsburg, Pa on October the 8th at 7 p.m. in the team's only home preseason game.
Tickets are on sale only by calling the Wheeling Nailers office or purchasing tickets at the IceOplex Box Office. All seating will be general admission and tickets are only $5 per person.
You can also purchase tickets inside the Wheeling Civic Center during Friday night's game between the Pittsburgh Penguins and New York Islanders.
The Wheeling Nailers will be evaluating their talent for the upcoming season against the Bombers and looking for the players that will skate this season in a team jersey.
"This is another way to evaluate player performances. To have exhibition games helps to determine the kind of players we have,'' said Nailers head coach Pat Bingham. "Some guys are practice players and some are gamers. We'll be looking for the gamers."
The Wheeling Nailers open their season at home against the Roanoke Express on Saturday, October 18 at 7:30 p.m. Season ticket packages are now available at the Nailers office. To receive season ticket information, call the Nailers at 234-4625 or toll free at 1-877-NAIL-TIX.
