Mudbugs Sink Jacks with Four Second Period Goals

(Bossier City, LA) - Joe Blaznek and Travis Clayton recorded multi-point nights as the Jacks fell to the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs at the CenturyTel Center on Friday night, 5-2. Odessa has now lost 10 straight games against the Mudbugs.

Four unanswered goals in the second period was the difference as Blaznek scored a pair of goals, as well as Chris Brassard and Tyrel Lucas to give Bossier a 4-0 lead at the end of the period

Collin Circelli scored a pair of goals for the Jacks in the third period, but it was too little too late. The Mudbugs added an empty netter as well to make the final score 5-2, Mudbugs.

The Jackalopes will face off against the Corpus Christi IceRays on Saturday night at the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, TX. Game time is 7:05 PM, and the game can be heard on 97 Gold.
