
Mud Hens Host Pre-Game Drug Education Program for Local Youth

Toledo Mud Hens News Release
The Toledo Mud Hens, in partnership with the Toledo Police Department, Lucas County Sheriff's Office, Lucas County Prosecutors and the Ohio State Highway Patrol will be hosting their 2nd Drug Education Program for local underprivileged youth before their Noon game on Tuesday, July 31. Representatives from all the organizations, including Mud Hen Players, will be speaking about the importance of staying drug, alcohol and tobacco free. About 700 kids will take part in this program, which begins at 10am, and will also attend the game that follows. All kids will be asked to sign a pledge to remain drug, alcohol and tobacco free.
