Mother Nature Make Up: Dayton Dragons Announce Make-Up Dates for Two Postponements

DAYTON, OH --- The Dayton Dragons have announced the official make-up dates for two weather-related postponements from the first weeks of the season.

The Dragons game against the West Michigan Whitecaps that was postponed due to snow on Friday, April 6th will be made up as part of a day/night doubleheader on Saturday, June 9th at Fifth Third Field. The first game will begin at 12 noon, and only tickets printed with the date Friday, April 6, 2007 will be honored for this game.

Fans that have tickets from the April 6, 2007 game can still use these game tickets for the June 9th, 12 noon game. For fans that have lost/misplaced their April 6th tickets, please contact your Dragons ticket representative or the Dragons Box Office.

The second game of the doubleheader will begin at 7 p.m., and only tickets printed for June 9. 2007, 7:00 p.m. will be accepted for the nightcap. Both games will be 9-inning contests.

The Dayton game against the Fort Wayne Wizards that was postponed due to rain on Saturday, April 14th will be made up as part or a regular doubleheader on Monday, May 14th at Fifth Third Field. The Wizards and Dragons will play two, 7-inning games beginning at 6 p.m., with the gates opening at 5:30 p.m. There will be a 20-minute break in-between games. Only tickets printed with the date Monday, May 14, 2007 will be honored.

For fans holding tickets for the cancelled Saturday, April 14th game, there are two options:

(a) Fans can exchange their April 14th game tickets for a ticket of equal or lesser value; or fans may exchange one (1) stadium seating bowl ticket for two (2) lawn tickets for any remaining Dragons home game during the 2007 season. This can be done via the Dragons Box Office.

(b) Fans may receive a full refund by completing a rain out form that is available at the Dragons Box Office or downloadable via the Dragons web site. Tickets must be included with the form and returned to the Dragons front office at Fifth Third Field. Refunds will be issued by check and will be mailed within 30 days.
