
Mortensen Activated off TIA

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - The Tampa Bay Rays have announced that RHP Jared Mortensen has been activated off the temporary inactive list.
Mortensen was placed in the TIA list during his time with Team Canada who won the Pan-Am Games.
The Mid-season All-Star is 5-3 with a 3.34 ERA. He will take Blake Snell's spot in the rotation and is scheduled to start on Thursday at Jackson.
The Biscuits active roster is now at the league-max of 25.
