
Olive My Pickle Honored as OnDeck's Small Business of the Month

JACKSONVILLE, FL - Olive My Pickle, a local company that makes pickles, olives, hummus, and other "vegan deli" fresh, healthy snacks, has been selected as the "OnDeck Small Business of the Month" for the month of July. The company was honored by the Jacksonville Suns prior to its game on July 11 vs. the Mobile BayBears, received ten VIP tickets and threw out the ceremonial first pitch during pregame activities.
OnDeck launched the Small Business of the Month Award program in partnership with Minor League Baseball to recognize small businesses that are making a positive impact in their local communities.
Founded in November 2010 by husband and wife duo Shai and Charlotte Tzabari, Olive My Pickle is based in Jacksonville and has three employees. The couple sells six kinds of pickles, 20 kinds of olives, five kinds of hummus and a variety of fresh, healthy snacks. Olive My Pickle's products can be found in many area farmer's markets and an increasing number of retail stores including Native Sun Natural Foods and Grassroots Natural Market. Olive My Pickle was awarded the Small Business Leader of the Year by the JAX Chamber and has a growing customer base in the First Coast.

The 2015 season is presented by Everbank, official banking partner of the Jacksonville Suns. The Suns are the Double-A Affiliate of the Miami Marlins and a member of the Southern League of Professional Baseball.
