Moose recall Gendur and release Eizenman from PTO

The Manitoba Moose announced today they have recalled forward Dan Gendur from the Victoria Salmon Kings of the ECHL and released Oren Eizenman from his PTO.

Gendur, 21, has appeared in 10 games so far in his rookie professional season with the Moose. In that span, he has recorded one point (1-0-0) and two penalty minutes. He has also played in 43 games with the Victoria Salmon Kings where he has collected 33 points (9-24-33) and 79 penalty minutes.

Eizenman, 23, has played in three games already with the Moose earlier this season and added another three since his recall on Feb. 21/09. In that time, the Toronto, ON collected two penalty minutes. Eizenman also signed a PTO with San Antonio this season on Dec. 11/08 and then appeared in five games with the Rampage where he earned two assists and two penalty minutes. He was then released from the PTO on Feb. 16/09. In his two-year pro career, Eizenman has played in 18 games in the AHL with Manitoba, San Antonio, and Worcester where he's collected three assists.
