The Aeros, who took a pair of wins in Rockford in mid-December, enter on a season-high six-game winning streak overall... Jesse Schultz has a point in all six games (6-2-8) to establish a career-best scoring streak... Marco Rosa shows four points (2-2-4) in two games against Rockford this year... The IceHogs are 6-2-0-1 in their last eight road matches to bring their overall record away from the MetroCentre to an even 12-12-0-3.
Manitoba returns from a 10-game road swing to host Peoria on Friday and Saturday at the MTS Centre... The Moose went 5-3-0-2 on the road and lead the entire AHL with 83 points overall (34-14-6-5)... Reigning AHL scoring champion Jason Krog has 13 points (4-9-13) in his last nine games and now ranks fourth in the league with 63 points (21-42-63) for the season... Moose goaltender Cory Schneider continues to lead the AHL in goals-against average (1.76) through 28 appearances (21-5-1) and posted a 27-save shutout at Peoria on Nov. 2... Rivermen netminders Manny Leagace and Ben Bishop have combined to surrender just five goals in the team's last four games (3-1-0-0)... Steve Regier is pacing Peoria with 17 goals and 39 points in 51 games... The Rivermen have scored a league-high 13 shorthanded goals on the campaign; the Moose have allowed a league-low three, including none at home.
Binghamton hosts division-rival Hershey for the third time in 15 days on Friday... The Senators rallied from deficits of 3-0, 4-1, and 5-4 to prevail over the Bears in a 6-5 shootout decision on Wednesday, their third straight win over Hershey...
