Justin Morrison scored with 15.5 seconds left in the third period to lift the Manitoba Moose to a 3-2 come-from-behind win over the Cleveland Barons in the final game of the regular season Saturday night at the MTS Centre.
Year-end awards were given out prior to the game with Ryan Kesler being named team MVP. Kesler also won the Most Popular Player award. Nolan Baumgartner was named top defenceman, Joe DiPenta the Unsung Hero, Alex Auld won Three Star Champion and Lee Goren took the communty service award. Rookie Alexandre Burrows won the Sylvan Learning Centre Hardest Working Player award.
