
Admirals Face Phantoms in Playoffs

NORFOLK, VA - Today, the Norfolk Admirals announced that they will face the Philadelphia Phantoms (Philadelphia Flyers) in an East Division Semifinal playoff series beginning Friday, April 22nd in Philadelphia.
The Admirals completed the regular season with franchise highs in wins and points (43-30-1-6, 93 points) to finish third in the East Division. In 10 meetings this season with the second-place Phantoms, Norfolk posted a record of 6-2-1-1, including a 4-0-1-0 mark in Philadelphia.
As the second seed, Philadelphia will host Games One and Two of the best-of-seven series on Friday, April 22nd and Saturday, April 23rd at the Wachovia Center at 7:05 p.m.
The Admirals will host Game Three on Monday, April 25th, Game Four on Wednesday, April 27th, and if necessary, Game Five on Friday, April 29th. All games will be at Scope at 7:30 p.m.
If needed, Games Six and Seven will be in Philadelphia on dates to be determined.
