Monday is Pizza Night with the Griffins

This Monday, Jan. 23, the Griffins and Peppino's Pizza will present the second "Delivering the Dough" promotion of the season. From 6-9 p.m., three Griffins players will accompany Peppino's Pizza drivers to deliver pizza to fans served by three of the restaurant's locations:
Jenison - 135 Chicago Dr. - 457-6363
Rockford - 346 E. Main St. - 866-2200
Standale/Walker - 4170 Lake Michigan Dr. - 453-8219
Peppino's Pizza will donate a percentage of the night's sales to P.O.R.T., the Pediatric Oncology Research Team at DeVos Children's Hospital.

Also on Monday, UNO Chicago Grill (M-6 at Kalamazoo Ave.) will host "Kids Make Your Own Pizza With the Griffins" from 6-8 p.m. Ten Griffins players - Greg Amadio, Nate DiCasmirro, Matt Ellis, Bryan Helmer, Eric Himelfarb, Jimmy Howard, Donald MacLean, Kent McDonell, Derek Meech and Kyle Quincey - will serve customers and help kids make their own pizzas right at their table.
A portion of the sale from each kid's pizza, along with all proceeds from a silent auction of Griffins memorabilia, will be donated to God's Kitchen.
