
Monarchs Playoff Race Starts In Providence

MANCHESTER, NH - 2008 Calder Cup playoff tickets for the Atlantic Division Semi-Finals for the Manchester Monarchs, the primary affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, will go on sale on Monday, April 7 at 10:00 a.m. at the Verizon Wireless Arena box office. The Monarchs shootout loss to the Providence Bruins on Sunday coupled with the Springfield Falcons' loss clinched them a playoff position for the seventh consecutive season. The Monarchs will face the Bruins in the 2008 Calder Cup Atlantic Division Semi-Finals starting Wednesday, April 16 at the Dunkin' Donuts Center.
Along with the box office, tickets for the first round will be available starting April 7 at Ticketmaster by calling (603) 868-7300 or by visiting Ticketmaster on-line at www.ticketmaster.com. Fans may also purchase playoff tickets at all Ticketmaster locations, including Macy's at the Mall of New Hampshire.
Playoff ticket prices will be $21.25 for adults in the Gold level and $15.25 for adults in the Silver level of the Verizon Wireless Arena, $19.25 for seniors (65 and older) in the Gold level and $13.25 for seniors in the Silver level and $12.00 for youth tickets (12 and under) in both levels.
