CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors, ECHL affiliate of the Edmonton Oilers, are delivering a knockout blow to the competition this weekend with the help of undefeated MMA heavyweight Daniel Cormier, who will be on hand as the team returns to the Dignity Health Home Ice at Rabobank Arena on Saturday night.
DANIEL CORMIER APPEARANCE - SATURDAY, 7 PM
Presented by My45 and KiX 92.1 FM; doors open at 6 p.m. (5:45 p.m. for Season Ticket Holders) Cormier will be on hand to take pictures and sign autographs throughout the game First-ever MMA exhibition ON ICE during the first intermission Cormier is 13-0-0 with five knockouts and three submissions Currently the third ranked heavyweight in the world 34 years old, stands 5'11" tall and weighs 248 lbs. Two-time Olympian in wrestling Before the game, season ticket holders are invited to the Bank Room at 5:45 p.m. for an exclusive Chalk Talk with the Condors coaching staff Following the game, stop by the Bakersfield Marriott Autograph Booth on the concourse near the main doors. F Michael Neal and D George Hughes will sign for fans.
