Mississippi's Maxwell Suspended Three Games

PRINCETON, N.J. â The ECHL announced on Wednesday that it has suspended Mississippi right wing Roger Maxwell for three games as a result of his actions in ECHL Game # 490 against Louisiana on January 3.
At 5:55 of the second period, Maxwell was assessed a major penalty for boarding and a game misconduct under Rule 44(b). He is suspended three games under Rule 33A Supplementary Discipline.
Maxwell will miss Mississippi's games at Pensacola (Jan. 9), at Louisiana (Jan. 10) and at Columbus (Jan. 11).
