North Little Rock, AR - Spencer Packard collected two hits but the Arkansas Travelers fell to the San Antonio Missions, 8-4 on Thursday night. The Travelers, playing as the Mad Mallards, dropped their third straight under the alternate moniker. Taking advantage of seven walks and two hit batters, the Missions scored their eight runs on only eight hits. Marcos Castanon had three hits to pace San Antonio.
Moments That Mattered
* San Antonio scored three times in the first two frames with a pop up double to right field with two out in the second scoring a pair of runs.
* Down two runs, Arkansas got a triple from Jonatan Clase with one out in the fifth but he was stranded at third base. San Antonio then scored the next inning to extend their lead and regain the momentum.
