Marion, Ill. (August 13, 2014) - The Southern Illinois Miners announce two promotional giveaways for two select home games down the stretch in August at Rent One Park.
On Tuesday, August 19th, when the Miners take on the Frontier Greys at 7:05 p.m., the Miners will be giving away a team card set sponsored by Heartland Regional Medical Center. Be one of the first 500 fans in the ballpark and receive a card set with your favorite Miner's baseball card!
On Saturday, August 30th against the Normal CornBelters at 6:05 p.m., Southern Illinois will be giving out replica jerseys to the first 750 fans through the gates, sponsored by Pitt Lite. Cheer the Miners on against Normal as they close out their regular season home slate by dressing like a Miner in your replica jersey!

The Southern Illinois Miners are the 2012 Frontier League Champions and have been awarded the Frontier League Organization of the Year award three times since their inception.
