Michigan Baseball Foundation to Host Dine on the Diamond

The Michigan Baseball Foundation is pleased to present a new fundraising initiative for 2010, Dine on the Diamond presented by The Dow Chemical Company. The event will take place at beautiful and award winning Dow Diamond on Wednesday, August 25. Dine on the Diamond presented by The Dow Chemical Company will begin with a cocktail reception and open bar in the Loons clubhouse, followed by a unique dining experience on the infield of Dow Diamond complete with wine, all-star service and live music throughout the evening.
The event will serve as a significant fundraising initiative for the Michigan Baseball Foundation. Individual tickets and premier tables are currently available for purchase.
The Michigan Baseball Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and public charity, which was formed in 2006 to generate regional economic development through creative partnerships and grants and to enhance the efforts of regional organizations that serve young people. The Michigan Baseball Foundation owns and operates Dow Diamond, home of the Great Lakes Loons, a Class A partner of the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Foundation received its initial funding from The Dow Chemical Company Foundation, The Herbert H. and Grace A. Dow Foundation, The Dow Corning Corporation, The Rollin M. Gerstacker Foundation, The Charles J. Strosacker Foundation and The Bill and Linda Stavropoulos Foundation.
