
Mechanics to take on Gretzky

Fraser, MI â The Motor City Mechanics will take on Brent Gretzky, younger brother of The Great One, Wayne Gretzky, and the Danbury Trashers this Sunday, December 12th at 7:30 pm in Fraser. Gretzky currently leads the Trashers in scoring with 24 points in 24 games (8 goals, 16 assists) and is +8 so far this season.
For the first meeting in history between the Mechanics and the Trashers, the Mechanics will give away Holiday Pucks to the first 500 fans. The game will also feature Metro Detroit's Promise Night with the United Way and Macomb County Sheriff Mark Hackel as well as the magic of illusionist Misty Lee. Sunday is also family night! 4 tickets, 4 hot dogs and 4 pops for only $44!
The Mechanics will take on the Fort Wayne Komets tonight at 8:00 pm in Fort Wayne, Ind. Tune into 1310 AM WXDX for all of the action beginning at 7:45 pm for the pre-game show.
Come SKATE WITH THE MECHANICS on Monday, December 13th from 6:15 â 7:45pm at the Great Lakes Sports City Superior Arena. The skate is open to the public so come and meet your Mechanics, skate where they skate and get autographs. All Mechanics merchandise will be on sale for the holidays!
