
Mechanics to announce new team president

Motor City Mechanics News Release
The Motor City Mechanics, a new franchise of the United Hockey League playing in Fraser, Mich., will announce the addition of a team president Wednesday, September 29 to oversee all team operations at a press conference to be held as Great Lakes Sports City in Fraser. As a 16-year veteran of professional sports team management, the new president has set numerous minor league attendance and revenue records for sports teams across the nation.
The announcement and introduction will be made by Mitch Rosen, a co-owner of the Motor City Mechanics. Rosen will add the new president to his existing team lineup, which includes former Red Wing great Garry Unger as head coach, along with five Mechanics players, including Artem Mnatsakanov, son of former Red Wing masseuse Sergei Mnatsakanov.
The Motor City Mechanics begin training camp at Great Lakes Sports City on Oct. 3, with regular season games kicking off Oct. 15, 2004.
