
Mallards Unveil Exhibition Schedule

Moline, IL-The Quad City Mallards today announced the team's pre-season schedule for the 2004-05 season. The Mallards will host division rival, the Rockford Ice Hogs on Saturday, October 9th and Tuesday, October 12th. On Monday, October 11th, the Missouri River Otters visit The MARK. All games will begin at 7:00 p.m.
Tickets for the pre-season games go on sale on Tuesday, September 28th. Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for children under the age of 12 and are available via Ticketmaster at (563) 326-1111.
The Saturday, October 9th contest vs. Rockford will be a benefit for the Quad City Sports Center. All proceeds from ticket sales will be contributed to the Quad City Sports Center. The game also marks the first chance for fans to see the "new" Quad City Mallards.
The Mallards have 15 players under contract for 2004-05. Included in the new line-up are forwards Mike Burgoyne, Jason Deskins, Jeff Doyle, Joe Dusbabek, Ojay Hehr, Lenny Hofmann, Jason Lehoux, Drew Otten and Marty Standish. Defensemen Justin Brown, Serge Crochetiere, Terry Hollinger, Sam Phillips and Alexander Skorohod along with goaltender Jeff Reynaert will be called upon to protect the Mallards net.
The Mallards begin the home portion of their tenth anniversary season on October 30th vs. Kansas City at The MARK of the Quad Cities. Season tickets are available via the Mallards ticket office at (309) 764-7825. For the latest Mallards news and ticket information, visit www.qcmallards.com.
