
Mechanics look to end slump in first ever match-up with Komets

After a tough Novemeber (1-10-1), Motor City welcomes surging Fort Wayne to town.
The Komets have won six of their last seven games, lead by forward Colin Chaulk (10 G, 17 A this year) and netminder Kevin St. Pierre (10-4-1, 2.77 GAA in his 10th professional season).
On the other side, the Mechanics' front line of Blair Manning (5 G, 9 A), Joe Burton (7 G, 6 A), and Jeff Goldie (7 G,A) has been running the show for the Fraser Fanatics.
Tonight's contest also matches up Motor City rookie defenseman Aaron Wilson against his former team. The University of Toronto product joined the Mechanics this season after seven games with the Komets (0 TP, 9 PM). He has since appeared in five battles for Motor City (0 TP, 8 PM).
Mayor Marilyn Lane will be in attendance for what is the City of Fraser's Christmas Party at the Arena! The first 1,500 fans will receive t-shirts, courtesy of team chiropractor Dr. Jeffrey Matoshko.
Gametime set for 7:30, with the Mechanics Pre-Game beginning at 7:15 on Detroit's Real Talk 1310 WXDX.
