PRINCE GEORGE, BC - Mascots will invade CN Centre on Friday, February 6th as the Cougars take on the Chilliwack Bruins. Digger and Bones from Exploration Place, Mr. PG, Sidney the Kidney, the Canadian Cancer Society Daffodil, Tony the Tiger, Toucan Sam and Rowdy Cat are just some of the mascots who will participate in the Cougars Annual Mascot Mania. Mascot Mania will feature an on-ice soccer game between the competing mascots.
The Cougars would like to extend a special invitation to local Elementary Schools; any school to purchase group tickets for the February 6th game will receive a visit from Cougars players at their schools. Students are encouraged to show their spirit by wearing their school colours and will be led in a cheer-off during the 1st intermission.
