
Marcus Crandell visits Montreal

Montreal, February 17, 2005 - Montreal Alouettes' General Manager Jim Popp is expecting the visit of veteran quarterback and free agent Marcus Crandell.
« Marcus will be in town so we can explore the possibilities, » said Jim Popp. « He is a solid quarterback who could add depth to our offence, at the quarterback position. »
Terrence Caroll The Alouettes also announced the signing of veteran defensive back Terrence Caroll for one year plus an option. Caroll started two of the 12 games he played in with the Calgary Stampeders in 2003. He made four defensive tackles and nine special teams tackles. In 2004, he attended the NFL's San Francisco 49ers training camp. He is 26 years old.
