Last Night
Alex Wideman and Robin Press provided a goal and an assist apiece and Etienne Marcoux made 32 saves as the host Fuel defeated the Mallards 4-2.
Three
The Fuel tonight is in pursuit of a third home win over the Mallards in as many nights. The Mallards suffered an 8-7 loss here Thursday evening before falling to the Fuel again last night.
Upswing
The Mallards have gone 8-5-0 in their last 13 games and 10-7-1 in their last 18.
Special
The Mallards last night scored both of their goals on special teams. Alex Globke scored shorthanded in the second period; Tristan King struck on the power play in the third.
Three Strikes
The Fuel jumped out to a 3-0 lead on the way to victory last night.
Three in Three
Their three-game set with the Fuel is the Mallards' third stretch of three games in three days in as many weekends and their seventh this season. The Mallards have gone 3-2-1 when playing for the third time in as many days.

Globke is now on a five-game point-scoring streak during which he has piled up nine points (four goals and five assists). After scoring shorthanded last night, Globke is now tied for second in the ECHL in shorthanded goals (3).
Low Down
Low lifted his team-leading point total to 34 by picking up an assist last night and has now recorded five points (three goals and two assists) in his last three games.
Helping Hand
Willie Raskob is tied for third among ECHL rookies and tied for fourth among defensemen in assists (29).
Between the Pipes
C.J. Motte last night gave up the first three Indy goals while making six saves in 21:14 before being replaced by Eric Hartzell, who made 16 saves and surrendered one goal in 36:36. Motte took the loss while making his seventh straight start (4-3-0).
Special Teams
The Mallards and Fuel both went 1-for-4 on the power play last night. King ended a 0-for-10 Mallard power play drought. Globke's shorthanded goal was the Mallards' second in two nights against the Fuel. Low scored shorthanded Thursday night. The Mallards have scored four shorthanded goals in their last five games and have totaled seven shorthanded goals this season. The Mallards rank fourteenth in the ECHL on the power play (17.1 percent) and twenty-fifth in penalty killing (78.3 percent).
Head to Head
Tonight's game is the finale of the Mallards' 11-game season series against the Fuel. The Mallards have gone 4-6-0 against Indy and have dropped all four of their visits to Indiana Farmers Coliseum. All-time, the Mallards have gone 14-16-0 against the Fuel overall and 4-11-0 on the road.

Forward Triston King yesterday was suspended by the ECHL for five games after being assessed a match penalty Thursday against Indy...Forward Gergo Nagy signed a professional tryout agreement with Chicago (AHL) yesterday...Forward Keegan Kolesar was reassigned from the Mallards to Chicago (AHL) by Vegas (NHL) Monday.
