Malcolm MacMillan Returned To Royals

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League and the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League, today announced that center, Malcolm MacMillan (see Royals' News, July 6, 2006) has been returned to the Royals from the Hershey Bears of the AHL. MacMillan, a fourth year pro from Thunder Bay, Ontario, made the first AHL appearance in his pro career in Hershey's 5-4 overtime victory over the Toronto Marlies last Sunday.

MacMillan is expected to be in the lineup when the Royals kick off the 2006-07 regular season tonight in Trenton against the Titans. The team returns to Reading tomorrow night (Saturday, October 21, 2006 @ 7:05 pm) for the home opener against the Titans.
