
Rivermen Announce Additional LIVE Broadcast

Peoria, IL (October 20, 2006) - Director of Broadcasting Norm Ulrich announced today that the team's October 28 road game against the Houston Aeros will be broadcast LIVE on the new "Official Radio Broadcast Station of the Peoria Rivermen" - Classic Country 1290 (WIRL-AM), a member of JMP Radio Group.
The game broadcast was originally one of the team's eight (8) "To Be Announced" broadcasts. Fifty-eight (58) games are guaranteed to be broadcast LIVE and uninterrupted; an additional seven (7) games are likely to be LIVE but are "To Be Announced" at present; two (2) are "Join In Progress" and 12 are tape-delayed.
Over the Internet, the team will broadcast every home and road game LIVE, video/audio ($6 per game) and audio-only (FREE), courtesy of the b2 Networks.
Rivermen season ticket plans are on sale now with 1) the 25th Anniversary package (25 games), 2) the 12-game package, 3) the seven-game package and 4) undated voucher books (denominations of 20 vouchers). Packages start at just $75 per seat.
