
Malcolm Frank named CFL Defensive Player of the Week

(Edmonton) The Edmonton Eskimo Football Club is pleased to announce that Malcolm Frank has been named the CFL Defensive Player of the Month for October. Frank recorded 23 tackles and set a new CFL record for interception returns for a touchdown with his fifth of the year in Hamilton on October 1st. This has been a week of accolades for the veteran cornerback after being named to the CFL West Division All-Star team on Tuesday. Eskimos' defensive halfback Donny Brady was first runner-up in the Defensive Player of the Month category as well.
