The Saskatchewan Roughriders are pleased to announce running back Kenton Keith has been named the CFL Offensive Player-of-the-Month for October.
Kenton Keith led the Riders offensive attack in impressive victories over Ottawa, Montreal, and Edmonton in October. In the three games, Keith rushed 42 times for 337 yards and three touchdowns.
Keith has already been named the Roughriders Most Valuable Player and finished the season with 190 rushes for 1,154 yards and nine touchdowns.
Keith picked up Player-of-the-Week honours twice this season, but is the first Rider to receive a monthly award from the CFL. Andrew Greene earned the Lineman-of-the-Month award last season.
