Mailinowski to be Inaugurated as New Admirals President

Milwaukee Admirals News Release
Milwaukee, WI-The Milwaukee Admirals announced today that Oconomowoc native Gary Malinowski will be inaugurated as the team's new President (for a day) at the team's game on Tuesday, January 20th, 2009 against the Quad City Flames.
Mr. Malinowski will sit on the (team) Bench with his transition team (three friends) during warm-ups and will also participate in a ceremonial opening face-off, prior to taking the oath.
During the first television time-out in the game the President-elect will take his official oath of office before taking his first executive vacation in the front row of the seats directly behind the Admirals penalty box. In addition, Mr. Malinowski will be adorned in executive attire (an Admirals jersey), ride in a motorcade (on the zamboni), and risk life and limb in service to the organization (ride on the Uncle Ben's Human Hockey Puck).
Since the President-elect could not be expected to make difficult, high-level decisions on their own, he or she will need to fill out a Cabinet. While the Admirals won't make any decision on who will fill up the Cabinet, they will at least get the new President started with their very own filing Cabinet, resplendent with autographs by the entire team.
Fans interested in witnessing this historic event can purchase ticket by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com. Groups of ten or more people receive a minimum of $2 off of each ticket. For more information or to order group tickets call the Admirals office at (414) 227-0550.
Unfortunately for Mr. Malinowski, his term of office will be shorter than even William Henry Harrison. Current team President Jon Greenberg will resume his duties following Tuesday's game.
"While Mr. Malinowski undoubtedly will do a fine job in this role, I fully intend to reassume the presidency immediately following the game and after imposing marshal law I will install myself as a despotic monarch," said soon-to-be overthrown President Greenberg.
