
Magic Fall to OKC

Osceola Magic News Release
The Lakeland Magic, NBA G League affiliate of the Orlando Magic, fell to the Oklahoma City Blue 133-102 on Wednesday at the NBA G League Winter Showcase.
The first half was all OKC as they fired on all cylinders. The Blue could do no wrong as they faced the Magic. Tre Mann was on assignment from the OKC Thunder and had a 20-point first half shooting seven of 12 from the field. The Magic tried clawing back and came within six points at the 6:00 mark of the 2nd quarter. OKC led 65-51 at the end of the first half.
In the second half, the OKC Blue put forth their best effort outscoring the Magic 58-42. The Magic had only led once in the first quarter and never reclaimed their lead. OKC defeated the Magic 133-102, Tre Mann had a 15-point second half finishing off with a game-high 35 points, four rebounds, and three assists. D.J. Wilson finished with a near double-double off the bench with 18 points and nine rebounds.
Zavier Simpson had a team-high 25 points and five assists for the Magic.
The Lakeland Magic will face the Stockton Kings on Thursday, December 22 at the Winter Showcase at 6:30 PM on ESPN +.
