FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Sioux Falls took care of the home and home series against the Mad Ants with a 124-114 win in Fort Wayne on Saturday night.

The game had 15 lead changes and 10 ties as the Skyforce outshot Fort Wayne 48.4% to 46.2% in the contest. The Mad Ants turned the ball over 28 times.

The ebb and flow of the game was evident from very early on. Both teams established eight-point leads in the first quarter, led by Gabe York's 14 for Fort Wayne and a balanced effort from the Skyforce. The Mad Ants got the last laugh in the runs though, ending the quarter up 37-29 on a steal and two-handed dunk from Trevelin Queen.

Landon Kirkwood came on strong for the Skyforce in the second, going 6-of-6 from the field including five three point makes. It helped Sioux Fall push the lead to as many as 10 as they went into the locker room with four different players in double figure scoring. But again, it was Queen who beat the buzzer and cut the Mad Ants halftime deficit to just three at 70-67.

The Mad Ants opened the third quarter on a 6-0 run but that quickly answered by the Skyforce. Back-to-back Mad Ants steal and fast break dunks gave them back the lead at 83-31 midway through the quarter. Sioux Falls however would take a 96-94 lead into the final break.

The fourth quarter was nearly all Skyforce as they pushed their lead to 12 on a three pointer from Dru Smith with just under two minutes to play.

Sioux Falls was led by 21 points each from DJ Stewart and Jamaree Bouyea, while Kirkwood scored 20 and Smith added 18 points and 11 rebounds.

Queen's 31 paced Fort Wayne, who also got 24 points out of Gabe York.
