MacIntyre Reassigned to Milwaukee

Nashville, Tenn.- Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has reassigned goaltender Drew MacIntyre to the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League

MacIntyre joins the Admirals after spending the previous two seasons in the Vancouver Canucks organization. In those two years the Charlottetown, PEI native posted a 49-30-2 record with a 2.25 goals against average and a .921 save percentage for the Manitoba Moose (AHL). A 2008 AHL All-Star Selection, MacIntyre appeared in his first NHL action last year, going 0-1 with a 2.95 GAA in a pair of appearances for the Canucks.

Milwaukee will open the regular season with three road games before commencing the home portion of their schedule on Saturday, October 18th at 7:30 pm against the Rockford IceHogs at the Bradley Center. Fans can purchase tickets by calling (414) 276-4545 or online at www.milwaukeeadmirals.com.
