Mississippi Braves News Release
Pearl, MS - The Mississippi Braves announce that the Atlanta Braves made a couple of moves that affect the M-Braves roster on Thursday. RHP Jeff Lyman was promoted to AAA Gwinnett and LHP Richard Sullivan was promoted to AA Mississippi. Lyman was scheduled to start the M-Braves game tonight against the Birmingham Barons. Sullivan will start in his place.
Lyman was 4-5 with a 3.55 ERA through 18 games with the M-Braves. Sullivan was 6-5 with a 4.10 ERA through 14 games between Rome and Myrtle Beach.
Mississippi's roster now has 24 active players.
