
Lupul's three goals do trick over Rampage

SAN ANTONIO, TX - Joffrey Lupul scored three goals to lead the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks to a 3-1 victory over the San Antonio Rampage Friday at the SBC Center.
The hat trick was the second of the season for Lupul and extended his goal streak to five games (eight goals, two assists).
Frederic Cassivi faced just 10 shots in net for Cincinnati en route to his 150th career AHL win.
Cincinnati improved to 6-1-0-1 in its last eight road games and moved into a tie with Houston for third place in the West Division iwth 79 points and nine games left to play.
Vince Bellissimo had the lone goal for San Antonio, which lost its third straight game.
Patrick DesRochers, a first-round pick by Phoenix in 1998, gave up two goals on six shots before being pulled in favor of Travis Scott in the first period and took the loss.
The Ducks begin a two-game homestand Saturday against Chicago at 7:35 p.m. at Cincinnati Gardens.
