- 2010 Bats Team Card Set Giveaway: 2010 Louisville Bats Team Card Set will be given away to the first 2,000 fans through the gates. Sponsored by Porter Paints.
- FRITOS Chili Cook-Off Finals - FRITOS Chili Cook-Off Finals will be held in the Jackson Street Picnic Area. Cooking to take place from 3:30 until 6:00 p.m. in the 1st Base Concession Stand. Judges will be WAVE-3 TV's Kent Taylor, the Courier-Journal's Michael Grant and 790 WKRD's Tony Vanetti and judging will take place from 6:00 to 6:15 p.m. Semifinalists will be introduced during pre-game and during the game the winner will be announced. The winner will take home a $500 Meijer Gift Card.

1st Round Playoff Tickets On Sale Now
Louisville, KY - The Louisville Bats announced that single game tickets for the first round of the 2010 Governors' Cup Playoffs at Louisville Slugger Field will go on sale Tuesday, August 17 at 10 a.m. This will be the first opportunity for fans to purchase tickets for the Bats' 2010 Governors' Cup First Round Playoff games.
As of Tuesday, August 17, the Bats trail the Columbus Clippers by 2.5 games the IL West Division and lead the Buffalo Bisons by 2.5 games in the Wild Card race. If the Bats qualify for post-season play, either as the IL West Division Champion or the Wild Card Winner, they will play their first round games at Louisville Slugger Field on Wednesday, September 8th and Thursday, September 9th. Both games will be 6:05 p.m. starts.
The game on Wednesday will feature $1 Hot Dogs and Pepsi products while the Thursday game will feature our Budweiser GameTime Happy Hour and $1 Bud and Bud Lights from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
2010 Governors' Cup Playoff First Round at Louisville Slugger Field
Game 1 - Wednesday, September 8 / 6:05 p.m. - $1 Hot Dogs and $1 Pepsi Products
Game 2 - Thursday, September 9 / 6:05 p.m. - Budweiser GameTime Happy Hour $1 Beer from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Games 3-5 (if necessary) will be played AT North Division Winner or South Division Winner
Tickets range from $7-$11. Regular hours at the Louisville Slugger Field box office are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Tickets may be purchased at ticketmaster.com, where tickets may be printed from your home computer using the TicketFast system, or you can order by phone at (800) 745-3000. Ticketmaster ticket centers are located at all Kroger locations.
Dates for the 2010 Governors' Cup Championship Round will not be determined until the IL West Division Winner and Wild Card Winner are decided. Therefore, tickets to the 2010 Governors' Cup Championship Round will go on sale at a later date.
