
Loons-TinCaps Rained Out

MIDLAND, MI - The Great Lakes Loons will have to wait a day for their showdown against first-place Fort Wayne.
Saturday's scheduled game between the Loons and TinCaps was rained out and will be made up as a part of a doubleheader Sunday. The doubleheader will consist of two seven-inning games and begin at 3:05pm.
Tickets for Saturday's rainout are redeemable for tickets to any game during the 2009 Loons season of equal or lesser value, based on availability. Tickets must be redeemed at the Dow Diamond ticket office. The post-game fireworks show scheduled for Saturday has been rescheduled for June 6.
Sunday's doubleheader is a Family Fun in the SUNday, with post-game Kids Run the Bases, presented by Farm Bureau Insurance.
Sunday's pitching matchups feature Nathan Eovaldi (0-1, 5.19 ERA) versus Anthony Bass (2-1, 2.56) in Game 1 and JonMichael Redding (1-1, 6.92) against Stiven Osuna (1-0, 0.82) in Game 2. Tickets for Sunday's game are good for both ends of the doubleheader.
