GENEVA, IL - Saturday night's series opener between the Kane County Cougars and Beloit Snappers at Elfstrom Stadium was postponed due to rain. It will be made up Sunday afternoon at 1 CDT as part of a doubleheader consisting of two seven-inning games.
 The Cougars (10-4) are in first place atop the Western Division and have won each of their first four series of the season. Sunday will mark the start of a 10-game homestand at Elfstrom Stadium. Anthony Capra is expected to start Game 1, and Brett Hunter is scheduled for Game 2.
