
Lookouts Fall Short in 9-6 Loss

Chattanooga Lookouts News Release
The Chattanooga Lookouts fell behind early and clawed back, but could not complete a comeback in their 9-6 loss.
Chattanooga struck first when Jacob Hurtubise scored on a sacrifice fly. In the second inning, Rocket City surged ahead to a 5-1 lead. David Calabrese hit a three run homer, his first of two home runs, and Ozzie Martinez belted a two run shot. Later in the game, Kyren Paris hit a two-run dinger to give Rocket City eight runs on the evening.
Trailing 9-4 entering the ninth inning, the home team loaded the bases quickly on back-to-back singles by Urbaez and Marte and an Alex McGarry walk. James Free drove home two runs to bring them within three and usher in a pitching change. Trash Pandas reliever Ben Joyce came in and got three quick outs to shut the door on a Lookouts comeback,
Tomorrow is a doubleheader at AT&T Field. The first game starts at 5:15 p.m. with gates opening at 4:30 p.m. Both games will be seven innings and tickets for Saturday's game will be good for both games of the doubleheader. The second game will start approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first. Tickets are available at Lookouts.com.
