
Longoria's Batting Practice Open to Fans

MONTGOMERY, AL - Fans will be allowed into Riverwalk Stadium at 4:00 p.m. prior to both Thursday's and Friday's game in order to watch Evan Longoria take batting practice as he begins his rehab assignment with the Montgomery Biscuits.
Limited concessions will be available beginning at 4:00.
Longoria spent parts of 2006 and 2007 with the Biscuits, taking home Southern League MVP honors in 2007. The three-time American League All-Star has been on the DL since April 3rd with an oblique injury, and will be with the Biscuits beginning Thursday until tentatively Monday.
The five-game set with the Jacksonville Suns begins Thursday at 7:05. Tickets may be purchased at the box office, on biscuitsbaseball.com, or by calling 334-323-2255.
