
Loek Van Mil Promoted to Louisville

The Cincinnati Reds have announced that seven-foot one-inch right-hander Loek Van Mil has been promoted to Louisville for the final days of the 2013 season. Van Mil appeared in 48 games for Pensacola, tying him with Drew Hayes for the second-most appearances in the Southern League.
Van Mil, 28, was signed by the Reds in December as a Minor League Free Agent. He is in his eighth season. This will mark his first promotion to Triple-A Louisville this year.
No corresponding move has been made.
