
Lions ready for Canadian Draft

(Vancouver) - The BC Lions Football Club will be looking to the future as they prepare for the 2007 Canadian Draft on Wednesday, May 2nd beginning at 10:00 am (PT). The reigning Grey Cup champs will have total of seven selections consisting of the eighth and final pick in all six rounds, as well as the first pick of the third round following last year's Jojuan Armour trade with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
Lions fans can follow this year's Canadian Draft on CFL.ca as Duane Forde of The Score and Mike Hogan of The Fan 590 will co-host the proceedings. Fans and media members can see and hear draft developments complete with visuals of selected players, interviews with GM's and coaches
